Reading your invoice

Every shipment generates one line on your monthly statement.

Anatomy of a line

• Base rate — the carrier's contracted rate for the chosen service
• Fuel surcharge — passed through from the carrier, varies weekly
• Accessorials — residential delivery, hazmat, oversize, signature required, etc.
• Atlas margin — our markup (see Settings → Pricing for your rate sheet)
• Total — what you'll be charged

When you're billed

• Prepaid customers — every shipment is charged at the moment you buy the label
• Net-30 customers — we batch invoices on the 1st of each month

Where to find everything

• Dashboard → Billing → Invoices — all invoices
• Dashboard → Billing → Payment methods — saved cards
• Dashboard → Shipments → [shipment] → Charges — line-by-line cost

Multi-currency

Set your preferred currency in Settings → Account. Invoices display in both your preferred currency and USD with the FX rate stamped on each line.
