Connect Shopify to Atlas

Auto-create shipments the moment a Shopify order is paid. Pickable items, no manual data entry.

Connect Shopify

Takes about two minutes.

Step 1 — Generate an admin API token in Shopify

  1. Shopify admin: Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps → Create app
  2. Name it "Atlas Bridge". Configure scopes: read_orders, read_fulfillments, write_fulfillments, read_locations
  3. Install app. Copy the Admin API access token (starts with shpat_)

Step 2 — Connect in Atlas

  1. Dashboard → Integrations → Shopify
  2. Paste shop domain (e.g. mystore.myshopify.com) and the admin token
  3. Click Connect

Atlas immediately verifies the token, creates the webhook, lists fulfillment locations, and backfills the last 30 days.

Step 3 — Pick auto-ship mode

  • Manual review (default) — every order shows up in a queue
  • Auto-ship — every paid order auto-generates a label

What's synced

  • Order → Atlas shipment (consignee, items, value, weight)
  • Tracking number → Shopify fulfillment
  • Delivery → Shopify fulfillment marked delivered
  • Cancellation → Atlas shipment voided + refund initiated
